Job Description

The Creative Operations Manager oversees daily operations of the Creation Team, connecting them with functional heads (Projects, Accounts, etc.). This role involves building an inclusive team culture, achieving KPIs, improving company efficiency, collaborating with Art Directors on design delivery, and working closely with Creative Leads. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in creative operations or a similar role, is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, possesses strong design principles understanding, and has project management and QA tool experience. A hands-on, direct-response mentality is crucial. Bonus points for startup/agency experience and handling design requests across diverse client types (MSMEs, corporations, entrepreneurs).

We are looking for a creative and strategic Operations Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of delivering the client's needs. You will cooperate with a full creative team of multiple designers and work closely with the Creative Leads.

Here’s what you’ll do...

Oversee daily operations of the Creation Team and provide connection to the functional heads (Projects, Accounts, etc.)
Build a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
Be a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO
Drive the Creation Team and the other teams to achieve and surpass their respective KPIs and Metrics
Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the company and ensure excellent client service
Will work together with the Art Directors to deliver quality designs to our clients

This role is perfect for you if...

You have at least 2 years of work experience in the creative industry as an operations manager or in a similar role.
You have experience with the full Adobe Creative suite
You have a strong foundation in design principles and elements
You have experience in Project management and QA tools
You have a hands-on and direct-response mentality

Bonus points for...

Previous startup and/or design agency experience
Experience with handling design requests for MSMEs, huge corporations, and other entrepreneurial initiatives
