Role Overview:

The Creative Project Manager ensures all projects in the Creative team are tracked. They will support project leads in gathering equipment, resources, crew, and information to implement projects. Primary objectives include maintaining project tracking in JIRA & Monday.com, budget tracking, work schedules, and meeting all project deadlines. They will also organize projects of all sizes, work closely with our Project Management team to achieve goals and objectives, maintain project documentation and perform administrative tasks. Lastly, they will collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines, ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do: 

• Liaise with project leads, designers, and artists to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Coordinate purchase orders and releases for vendors associated with the Creative & Innovation teams
• Assist with schedule management
• Ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Communicate with Project Leads for effective scope management
• Assist with project billings
• Monitor project progress and flag issues
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status
• Use tools to monitor hours, plans, and expenditures
• Issue appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., license and change orders)
• Ensure project standards are met

What You’ll Bring: 

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in agency or corporate settings, managing, coaching, and developing employees
• High level of JIRA experience; Monday.com experience is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner with multiple departments and teams
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Astute design sense and facility with both conceptual and reportorial work
• Experience with Adobe Creative tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with project & workflow tools such as Miro is a plus
