The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of web and digital projects, from kickoff through launch. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, UX, marketing, and content, to ensure projects meet standards for SEO, WCAG accessibility, and responsive design. The role also involves supporting virtual sales event production and assisting senior leadership with workflow planning, timelines, reporting metrics, and analytics.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in digital or web project management.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as Design, UX/UI, or Computer Science.
Good to have:
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master.

We’re hiring a Creative Project Manager for an exciting opportunity with a major entertainment client based in New York City!

In this role, you’ll take ownership of dynamic web and digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive campaigns from concept through launch. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of web and digital projects—from kickoff through launch.

  • Plan, prioritize, and track progress using Asana, maintaining clear dashboards for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, UX, marketing, and content.

  • Ensure projects meet standards for SEO, WCAG accessibility, and responsive design.

  • Support virtual sales event production including asset coordination, scheduling, and vendor management.

  • Assist senior leadership with workflow planning, timelines, reporting metrics, and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital or web project management.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

    • Familiarity with web hosting environments.

    • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

    • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira).

  • Additional Skills:

    • Strong business writing and communication skills.

    • Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

    • Understanding of digital creative and marketing terminology.

    • Ability to interpret and apply digital analytics (e.g., page views, unique users).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master.

  • Entertainment industry experience is not required, but a creative background is essential.
