Creative QA Specialist (Remote - PH)

As a Creative Quality Assurance Specialist at DotYeti, you will play a vital role in making sure that the final output and tasks done by the employee observe the company’s quality standards. You will also cooperate with a full creative team and work closely with Art Directors, Account Managers, and the co-founders. And of course, you should have a passion for art and graphic design.

• Pro-actively ensuring the most efficient flow from the requests to completion

• Assist and keep the team on track by making sure all design outputs are thoroughly checked for function and content, and make sure the designs are well executed
• Consideration of the overall intent and design of the content and must be meticulous about the details, especially identifying inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization
• Check and Finalize outputs to ensure design guidelines are met before submission
• Checking incoming design requests (completeness and readiness) for production
• Provide feedback and support to Account Managers as well as identify key areas of improvement or refinement within their associated processes
• Ensure that the requests are in line with the client's branding guidelines and comply with all the details of the brief
• Provide feedback and clear direction when giving the designers the corrections
• Compiles and submits daily and/or weekly QA reports to the Management
• Provide clients with excellent experience and facilitate client relations tasks

• You are a graduate of Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication, Advertising, or similar
• You have at least a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the creative industry or relevant experience
• You have an experience in design and other related tasks
• You have experience with the full Adobe Creative suite
• You have a strong foundation in design principles and elements
• You have experience in Project management and QA tools
• You have a hands-on and direct-response mentality

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience
• Experience with handling design requests for MSMEs, huge corporations, and other entrepreneurial initiatives
