Playrix is seeking a Creatives Producer to develop and implement a creative strategy for our mobile games. You will be responsible for generating and adapting best ideas for creatives, controlling key points of the production cycle, analyzing market signals, and interpreting the results of launched creatives. Experience in developing creative product strategy and understanding video ad production is required.

We're looking for a Creatives Producer who will be responsible for our creatives strategy and create world-class adds hits.

Tasks

develop and implement a creative strategy for our products
generate and adapt best ideas for creatives
control key points for creative production cycle
search and interpretation of market signals
analyze the results of launched creatives

Requirements

experience in developing creative product strategy
understanding of the cycle of video ad production: from idea generation to final rendering and voice acting
understanding of the specifics of performance marketing
knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market
fluency in Russian

Preferred

understanding of game mechanics and motivations
portfolio of creatives or released games
