Job Description

The Creatives Producer will be responsible for the creative strategy and the creation of world-class advertising. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a creative strategy for products, generating and adapting the best ideas for creatives, controlling the key points of the creative production cycle, searching and interpreting market signals, and analyzing the results of launched creatives. The role involves working with a team of talented experts focused on the success of creatives shown to billions worldwide. The company offers flexible work arrangements and values results over location or schedule.
Must have:
  • Experience in developing creative product strategy.
  • Understanding of video ad production cycle.
  • Understanding of the specifics of performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of mobile games and advertising trends.
  • Fluency in Russian.

  • Understanding of game mechanics and motivations.
  • Portfolio of creatives or released games.

We're looking for a Creatives Producer who will be responsible for our creatives strategy and create world-class adds hits.

Tasks

  • develop and implement a creative strategy for our products

  • generate and adapt best ideas for creatives

  • control key points for creative production cycle

  • search and interpretation of market signals

  • analyze the results of launched creatives

Requirements

  • experience in developing creative product strategy
  • understanding of the cycle of video ad production: from idea generation to final rendering and voice acting
  • understanding of the specifics of performance marketing
  • knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market
  • fluency in Russian

Preferred

  • understanding of game mechanics and motivations

  • portfolio of creatives or released games
