TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

TikTok LIVE is seeking a Public Community Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our vibrant community of creators by spearheading initiatives for recruitment, community building, and event design. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and nurturing a public community where creators can stay informed about TikTok's latest news, campaigns, and product features, thereby enhancing the overall community atmosphere. The objective is to actively engage with the community, providing them with the resources and knowledge to thrive on our platform, and ultimately encourage more creators to join the TikTok Creators Program or Creators Network.

Responsibilities:
- Community Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members to the TikTok LIVE public community, targeting a diverse range of creators with varying interests and backgrounds.
- Community Building: Foster a strong, engaged community through the creation of communication channels, forums, and groups that encourage interaction, collaboration, and sharing of best practices among creators.
- Campaign Design and Management: Plan and execute community events, workshops, and webinars that educate creators about TikTok LIVE features, campaigns, and opportunities, enhancing their engagement and contribution to the platform.
- Information Dissemination: Act as a key information conduit, ensuring that the community is up-to-date with the latest TikTok LIVE news, updates, and opportunities.
- Community Atmosphere: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and community atmosphere that encourages participation, creativity, and mutual support among creators.
- Creator Program Recruitment: Strategically guide and support community members on their journey to join the TikTok Creators Program or Creators Network, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available.
- Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms to gather feedback from the community, using insights to improve community support, content, and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Community Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field, preferably with a focus on creator or public communities.
- Proven track record of growing and managing vibrant online communities.
- Excellent organizational and campaign planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with creators from diverse backgrounds.
- Deep understanding of social media and digital content trends, especially within the live streaming ecosystem.
- Analytical skills to assess community engagement and performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage and grow the community.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $67000 - $130000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
