Creator Operations (Lemon8) Intern

Team Introduction: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Support operations work regarding verticals tasks e.g. creator acquisition, creators grooming, creator content reviews. - Work on creator communication asset such as creator newsletter, creator's announcement. - Support monetization POC in collaborating with creators for branded content package, such as draft out campaign briefs, support creator selection process, communicate with creators about the briefs, make sure contents from creators are aligned as brief, make sure everything goes according to timeline, check out content drafts and make sure content are revised as feedback.

Minimum Qualifications: - Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week. - Solid interest and knowledge of social media channels, including Tiktok, Instagram, Threads, etc. - Ability to work independently and in a team, capable of problem-solving and detail oriented. - Has a good command of English and Thai language writing, editing and proofreading skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Highly motivated to learn, enthusiastic and initiative. - Good logical thinking and analysis. - Data driven.
