Creator Strategy & Operations Manager

Patreon is a media and community platform where creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. Over 300k creators are cultivating fandoms and building their businesses each month. Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with Shops.

Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:

• 8B+ earned since Patreon's inception

• 30M free new memberships in the first year of launching that option, and

• 10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Creator Strategy & Operations Manager to support our mission

This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

As a Creator Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving product adoption and creator growth through strategic programs and direct creator engagement. You will be both a strategic operator and a customer advocate, working closely with creators to help them utilize new Patreon products, provide 1:1 growth consultations, and execute growth and product pilots.

In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from creators and translating them into actionable feedback for internal teams. You will support the execution of product and growth pilots—identifying and recruiting creators, crafting outreach, testing engagement strategies, and tracking performance.

This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, program management, or growth operations, who is passionate about helping creators succeed and enjoys getting in the weeds.

About You

• You have experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, partnerships, creator success, or account management, and are comfortable pitching new products and advising customers on growth strategies.

• You are highly organized and skilled in program execution, capable of managing outreach campaigns, product pilots, and engagement initiatives.

• You are data-driven, able to analyze engagement trends, test different strategies, and optimize programs based on results.

• You enjoy working cross-functionally with teams across Product, Marketing, and Data Science,

• You have experience crafting targeted messaging and engagement campaigns, such as email outreach, webinars, or community engagement.

• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment, where you’ll test and refine different strategies to drive creator success.

Compensation Range: $114.8K - $210K
