About The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. 1. Be responsible for supervising the daily collection work of collection agencies, conduct regular on-site inspections, review the manpower arrangement of the agencies, and ensure the quality of their operations. 2. Track, supervise, coach, and assist collection agencies to achieve performance targets according to collection indicators. 3. Be responsible for the standards and implementation of quality checks, compliance, daily training, and customer complaint handling of collection agencies. 4. Assist the headquarters in introducing collection agencies and implement the policies and sops of the headquarters for agency management. 5. Be responsible for the daily liaison and due diligence of collection agencies. 6. Timely communicate with the headquarters about performance indicators and operation management situations of collection agencies, and communicate with the counterparts of collection agencies to implement improvement measures.

Minimum Qualifications: - Familiar with the collection environment in the Southeast Asian market. - Possess good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with different departments and institutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above is preferred, majoring in finance, law, or related fields is preferred. - 3+ years of work experience in collection, those with front-line collection operation experience will be preferred. - Candidates with data analysis skills are preferred.
