Job Description

The Criminal Records Management Specialist role involves researching court records, transferring data to a proprietary platform, and assisting with administrative tasks. The specialist will be responsible for researching court records on government terminals and transferring data to the proprietary platform, picking up and dropping off fingerprints, going to the courthouse to pull docket numbers for the remote team, and visiting the MRI Minnesota office for fingerprint transfers. The role requires regular travel between Saint Paul and Edina, MN courthouses, and occasionally to the MRI Minnesota office.

This position requires regular travel between Saint Paul and Edina, MN courthouses, and occasional visits to the MRI Minnesota office.

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Criminal Records Management Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct research on court records, transfer data to our proprietary platform, and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching court records on government terminals and transferring data to proprietary platform
  • Pickup/drop off of fingerprints to MRI Office
  • Going to the courthouse and pulling docket numbers for the remote team to upload to customers
  • Visiting the MRI Minnesota office for fingerprint transfers
  • Adhering to additional duties as assigned

Requirements: Knowledge and Skills:

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have reliable transportation for regular travel between Saint Paul and Edina, MN
