CRM and Lifecycle Manager

We’re looking to hire a CRM & Lifecycle Manager for a Fortune 500 fintech client. Company culture fosters a collaborative and respectful environment where innovation is encouraged.

You’ll join the Growth Marketing team to manage the CRM teams campaign workflow, campaign development and execution. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with potential to extend. The team is located in New York City and the role can be worked remotely.

CRM & Lifecycle Manager Responsibilities: 

• Strategy: Drive engagement, retention, and reactivation by identifying and addressing workflow gaps. 
• Execution: Prioritize initiatives across countries and stakeholders. Build, execute, and monitor email, push, and SMS campaigns, ensuring translation and optimal customer experience.
• Innovation: Focus on automation to improve efficiency across regions. Define operational models to support additional countries.
• Measurement: Collaborate with teams to develop reliable reporting metrics for international campaigns, focusing on scalability.
• Legal: Ensure compliance with regulations across countries by working closely with the Legal team on CRM efforts.

CRM & Lifecycle Manager Requirements: 

• 3+ years experience managing CRM programs, workflows, and executing cross-functional campaigns for email, SMS and in app messaging.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Iterable, Braze) and HTML basics for email.
• Experience in running A/B and multivariate tests
• Basic/intermediate SQL for segmentation.
• Experience with real-time personalization platforms (e.g., Moveable Ink).
• Familiarity with email testing tools (Inbox Monster, Litmus).

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
