The CRM Coordinator is a 9 month opportunity that will play a pivotal support role at Hyper Hippo in delivering high-quality, personalized player communications that enhance engagement and retention across Hyper Hippo’s live game portfolio. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role focuses on organizing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, inbox content, and email.
This position is instrumental in enabling the CRM team to operate at a higher velocity while maintaining strategic focus and operational excellence. The CRM Coordinator ensures that campaign assets are delivered on time, tools and documentation remain organized, and recurring communications are executed efficiently to scale efforts without compromising quality.
- Support Multi-Channel Campaigns: Assist in building and deploying campaigns across push, in-app, inbox, and email channels. Ensure all communications are delivered error-free, on time, and QA-checked.
- Coordinate Asset Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, Live Ops, Localization) to gather assets and ensure timely delivery for QA and implementation.
- Facilitate A/B Testing: Assist in executing and monitoring A/B tests, ensuring variants are implemented and tracked correctly, with results logged and shared.
- Maintain CRM Documentation: Create and update playbooks and campaign documentation, ensuring processes and best practices are accessible and current.
- Conduct QA Reviews: Perform a first round of quality assurance on all campaign components to proactively catch and correct issues before formal QA.
- Monitor Campaign Performance: Assist in post-campaign reporting and performance monitoring by compiling and summarizing key metrics and insights.
- Support Lifecycle Campaigns: Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated lifecycle campaigns, including regular reviews for optimization.
- Audit CRM Tools and Structure: Help manage campaign naming conventions and segmentation hygiene to keep CRM systems well-organized and scalable.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing coordination, or campaign execution (preferably in gaming or tech industries)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as CleverTap, Braze, Leanplum, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle (from briefing and asset gathering to QA, launch, and reporting)
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and localization teams
- Exposure to A/B testing practices and performance metric tracking
- Knowledge of mobile free-to-play games and player engagement strategies is a plus

What We Offer!
- Base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. The base salary for this position is $45,750 - $52,500 for 9 months, equivalent to $61,000 - $70,000 annually, for candidates located in British Columbia and Ontario.
