Betfair Australia is on the lookout for a CRM Manager to lead the successful management of Betfair’s customer contact and treatment strategies across all customer marketing channels. The CRM Manager will play a crucial role in how Betfair communicates and engages with customers across all lifecycle touchpoints.

Requirements

What you will bring

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise with Braze and knowledge of digital marketing trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from campaign data Budget management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office core applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a team-player attitude.
  • An interest in racing and/or sport is a bonus.

Some tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Optimise customer communication touchpoints to streamline onboarding, reduce dormancy, enhance engagement and maximise promotional efficiency.
  • Lead the business through its new journey on the Braze platform.
  • Provide thought and strategy leadership to the Betfair marketing team.
  • Support business customer retention projects in close collaboration with the Retention team.
  • Support oversight of annual & monthly customer marketing budget.
  • Oversee and lead the Lifecycle team in executing regular customer engagement activities, including but not limited to bi-weekly newsletters & weekly stimulation of email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications, and high-value customer communications.
  • Manage performance, workload and prioritisation of all Lifecycle team members.
  • Become a thought leader in digital-driven marketing and systems, developing a program of 1:1 customer communication at scale.
  • Work with the Analytics and Insights team to continually refine promotional and engagement strategies.
  • Work with the Content Marketing Team for the development of content strategies relevant to the customer marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Optimise the use of third-party tools Braze, Movable Ink, Airship and Mix Panel to build, execute and review campaigns across channels.
