Plan and execute impactful promotion campaigns;
Conduct detailed campaign analysis, focusing on key metrics to understand campaign success and improvements;
Customize campaigns, working with a range of communication channels (Email/SMS/Popup/WebPush);
Collaborate closely with wider teams, focusing on ordering content and design materials.
At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow;
Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup);
A good knowledge of betting industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);
Ability to prioritize and organize operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines;
Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus.
