Job Description

As a CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through strategic CRM initiatives. You will manage the end to end delivery of campaigns, through the delivery of customer focused campaigns that are aligned with business objectives and goals. Using advanced analytical skills, you will segment and optimize campaigns to enhance the customer journey, delivering a more personalized and impactful experience.
Must have:
  • Align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies.
  • Successful end-to-end campaign delivery.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships
  • Provide clear creative briefings.
  • Proven ability to execute successful CRM campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, data-driven approach.
  • Experience in iGaming is essential.
Good to have:
  • Danish speaking would be an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As a CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through strategic CRM initiatives. You will manage the end to end delivery of campaigns, through the delivery of customer focused campaigns that are aligned with business objectives and goals.  Using advanced analytical skills, you will segment and optimize campaigns to enhance the customer journey, delivering a more personalized and impactful experience.

With a strong commercial focus, you will champion CRM best practices, influence key stakeholders, and sell the vision of CRM as a critical driver of business success.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Strategy & Execution: Align CRM initiatives with business objectives, ensuring campaigns drive measurable commercial impact.
  • Data & Analytics:   Through a data led approach develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies and activities to enhance player loyalty and lifetime value, and deliver on business objectives.
  • End-to-end Execution Ownership As an assigned campaign owner, you are accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of campaigns, as well as monitoring and managing all marketing communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and a flawless customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Management:  Foster strong relationships to drive engagement, share insights, and identify opportunities for CRM enhancement.
  •    Creative Briefing: Provide clear briefings for engaging creative execution and relevant targeting.

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven ability to execute successful CRM campaigns that drive engagement and value.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of managing stakeholders across multiple teams and regions
  • Proficient in CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Danish speaking would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience in iGaming is essential, with a passion for sports or gaming.
