What will a Cross Functional Intern do at Hogarth?
As a Cross-Functional Intern, you will join our team supporting a prestigious technology client, working on Traffic and Video Projects within the Non-Marcom Team. This 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to managing high-volume, multi-market projects while collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external talent. You’ll gain valuable experience in project coordination, scheduling, vendor management, workload distribution, and end-to-end project oversight.
This hybrid role requires working on-site four days a week, with one day working remotely. It’s perfect for someone with excellent time management and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning new processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate between all relevant parties: Hogarth teams, client traffic and cross-functional teams, and global validation networks, ensuring adherence to agreed workflows.
- Support client producers by briefing and tracking projects through to completion.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Respond to information requests from Project Leads.
- Assist Project Leads with resourcing, project assignments, capacity planning, and change management.
- Identify resource gaps, advise stakeholders, and flag potential issues.
- Participate in weekly status meetings and monthly review sessions.
- Highlight and escalate quality control issues as needed.
- Work effectively with global teams, demonstrating adaptability to cultural differences
