Job Description
This internship offers a comprehensive experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions. Responsibilities include drafting board meeting materials (agendas, resolutions, minutes), handling ROC filings and statutory registers, managing ISIN compliance, liaising with regulatory bodies (NSDL/CDSL/RTA/ROC/RD/revenue authorities), drafting various agreements (shareholder, investment), ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and FEMA regulations, assisting with FEMA filings (FCGPR, FCTRS), participating in fundraising compliance, handling compounding/adjudication matters, supporting due diligence, secretarial audits, and ESOP management, and conducting research on corporate governance and legal frameworks. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with corporate law and regulatory compliance.

- Drafting board meeting documents
- ROC filings and statutory register maintenance
- ISIN compliance and liaison with regulatory bodies
- Companies Act 2013 and FEMA compliance
- Agreement drafting (shareholder, investment)
Job Details
- Assist in drafting board meeting agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Support in ROC filings and maintaining statutory registers.
- Handle ISIN-related compliance and liaise with NSDL/CDSL/RTA.
- Liaise with ROC, RD, NSDL, CDSL, RTA, and revenue authorities.
- Draft various agreements, including shareholder and investment agreements.
- Assist in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and FEMA regulations.
- Support in FEMA filings, including FCGPR, FCTRS, and related funding compliance.
- Participate in compliance for fundraising activities (primary and secondary transactions).
- Assist with compounding and adjudication matters under FEMA and Companies Act.
- Support in due diligence, secretarial audits, and ESOP management.
- Research and stay updated on corporate governance and legal frameworks.
