CS Management and Planning (Operations Support)

This role involves managing and planning customer service (CS) operations for Smilegate's globally distributed games. Responsibilities include designing and implementing processes for resolving customer issues, analyzing customer feedback (VOC) to propose improvements and develop policies, managing internal CS operations, and supporting new service launches. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in game/platform CS, with proven success in leading VOC-driven improvements. Knowledge of mobile/PC game launch processes and strong data analysis skills are essential. The position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
