Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing and planning customer service (CS) operations for Smilegate's globally distributed games. Responsibilities include designing and implementing processes for resolving customer issues, analyzing customer feedback (VOC) to propose improvements and develop policies, managing internal CS operations, and supporting new service launches. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in game/platform CS, with proven success in leading VOC-driven improvements. Knowledge of mobile/PC game launch processes and strong data analysis skills are essential. The position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
Must have:

자격요건
- 유관 업무 경력 5년 이상 (게임 / 플랫폼 CS 실무 또는 CS 기획)
- CS VOC 리딩 하여 개선한 경험이 있는 분
- 게임 및 플랫폼 CS 지식 보유
- 모바일 또는 PC 게임 런칭 프로세스 전반에 대한 지식 보유

- 게임 CS 주요 프로세스에 대한 전반적 이해
- 논리적 사고 기반 전략 수립 및 기획 능력
- 데이터 분석 리포트와 문서 작업 능숙
- 연관 부서와의 유연한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 협업 역량

- 서비스 운영 정책 수립 경험
- 서비스 개선과 운영을 주도적으로 수행한 경험이 있는 분
- 협업툴, 고객관리툴을 이해하고 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 분
