This Customer Engineer role focuses on leveraging Google Cloud's data analytics solutions (BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc) to help customers. Responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, crafting compelling messaging, and partnering with internal teams. The role requires engaging with executive-level decision-makers, managing multi-channel campaigns, and providing feedback to product teams based on customer insights. A strong understanding of security concepts and experience in managing technology projects within security, infrastructure, and cloud domains is crucial. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the enterprise technology space.
Experience with security concepts or technology (e.g., enterprise data center architectures, audit, compliance, risk, security infrastructures, developing go-to-market strategies for security solutions).
Experience in managing technology projects within the security, infrastructure, and cloud domains.
Experience with presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Cloud's data analytics solutions, product, and services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and Cloud Dataproc).
Experience in business strategy, business development and translating customer needs into solutions.
Experience with Google Cloud's technology portfolio.
Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and matrixed environments while building relationships to achieve business goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Collaborate across functions to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Google Cloud products and solutions.
Conduct in-depth market research, identify and segment goal customer demographics, and craft messaging and content that resonates with those audiences.
Partner with Business, Professional Services, Engineering, and leadership teams to communicate the value proposition of Google Cloud solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with executive level decision-makers to demonstrate the benefits of Google Cloud products and how they can address specific business needs and pain points.
Manage multi-channel campaigns to drive solution adoption, and provide feedback to product and solution teams based on market and customer insights to inform product roadmaps and ensure solutions meet evolving customer needs.
