Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Partner in Odesa to drive seamless shipment operations and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include overseeing ocean shipments, FCL/LCL, imports, exports, and customs. The role involves coordinating with global stakeholders, providing customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and IOPs. A customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving are crucial for improving operational processes and preventing errors. The partner will maintain open communication and provide timely updates to clients.
Must have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics companies and supply chain management.
  • Passion for customer service and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication in Ukrainian and English.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive for results.
  • Strong sense of urgency and focus on quick issue resolution.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The Role: Customer Experience Partner in Odesa

As a Customer Experience Partner, you'll be the driving force behind seamless shipment operations, ensuring that each stage of the end-to-end process is handled with excellence and efficiency. You'll collaborate with stakeholders from across the globe to deliver outstanding service and innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the complete shipment process, including ocean shipments, FCL/LCL, imports, exports, and customs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth handling of each shipment.
  • Adding value to our customers by applying your business acumen and process knowledge.
  • Resolving queries with shippers, customers, and key account managers, providing timely solutions and insights.
  • Maintaining a customer-first mindset to prevent errors and improve operational processes.
  • Preparing and submitting documents with precision and accuracy, keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Following and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).
  • Proactively identifying and addressing any deviations in processes.
  • Providing timely updates and maintaining open communication with clients, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.

Who You Are:

You will bring:

  • A solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations - ideally minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of and experience with Logistics companies and Supply Chain Management operations, from both origin and destination.
  • A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A team-oriented mindset with a drive for results and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of urgency, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
