Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct, you'll be the face of Tesla, delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes or workplaces. You'll ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up, explaining vehicle features and addressing customer questions. You'll collaborate with the sales, service, and delivery team, managing delivery schedules and logistics, and providing feedback to improve processes. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A passion for Tesla's mission is essential. You will act as a chaser for other specialists ensuring timely coordination.
