Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery at Tesla's Tilburg hub, you'll be the welcoming face for new car owners. Responsibilities include checking in customers, verifying documents, handling trade-in vehicles, maintaining a welcoming customer lounge, merchandise sales, accurate documentation uploads, and managing the central mailbox. You'll need strong customer service skills, resilience under pressure, and prioritization abilities. The role involves versatile administrative tasks ensuring a smooth and positive pickup experience for every customer. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, along with a valid Netherlands driver's license.

What to Expect
As a Receptionist, you are the first face of our Tesla Delivery hub in Tilburg. With your customer-oriented and professional demeanor, you provide new customers who will pick up there new car a warm welcome. You are the first point of contact for all new customers. You will be entrusted with a diverse range of tasks, and it is important that you are resilient under stress and skilled at prioritizing. Performing versatile administrative tasks. Your goal is to assist every person in the most appropriate manner.
