Job Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers. You'll ensure a seamless and exceptional experience, from delivery to follow-up, including explaining vehicle features and addressing customer questions. The role involves managing delivery schedules, coordinating with the sales and delivery teams, and providing feedback to improve processes. You'll also act as a chaser for other specialists, emphasizing teamwork and efficient coordination to meet sales and delivery targets. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Weekend and evening flexibility is required.
Must have:
- Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)
- Excellent interpersonal & customer engagement skills
- Strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, delivering vehicles directly to our customers' home or work addresses. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You’ll Do- Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
- Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
- Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
- Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Full UKdriving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Excellentinterpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
- Proventrack record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
