As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will deliver vehicles directly to customers' homes or workplaces, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience. Responsibilities include providing a professional handover, explaining vehicle features, addressing customer questions and concerns, managing delivery schedules and logistics, acting as a chaser for other specialists, and providing feedback to improve processes. This part-time role offers the potential for full-time employment. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on achieving sales and delivery targets. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for sustainable energy.

What to Expect
As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, delivering vehicles directly to our customers' home or work addresses. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
  • Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
  • Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • Full UKdriving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
  • Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
  • Proventrack record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexibilityto work on weekends and evenings as required.
