Must Have
- Give great customer service by phone, email, and chat
- Help mainly Japanese-speaking customers
- Support Agoda products like Hotels, Flights, and Activities after training
- Handle many customer questions in a professional way
- Work towards your own and your team’s goals
- Do some office tasks as needed
- Keep customer information private and safe
- Take care of customer issues, including questions about bookings, prices, and invoices
- Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1
- Basic English understanding
- Good phone and communication skills
- Ready to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Can work alone and with a global team
