We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Order Management team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or students available full-time for a fixed period to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Please note that the intern position is a full-time role with a duration of 6 months.
In this role, you will:
Create system-generated quotations as required by the field Sales organization
Review customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy, including product configuration and contract terms
Communicate directly with Sales Representatives and/or customers to resolve order-related issues
Book orders into the order management system and ensure timely, accurate invoicing
Validate license configuration details and compliance expectations
Generate control codes/license files to entitle products to customers
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication
Collaborate closely with the Sales team
Your background:
Fluency in English and Dutch
Strong communication skills
A customer-centric mindset and strong attention to detail
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
Experience with ERP systems
Previous exposure to order management or account management
