一、工作职责:

  • 通过电商平台沟通软件为客户提供及时、专业、热情的在线服务,解答客户咨询,协助客户完成线上购物流程,包括查询商品信息、解答价格疑问、指导下单操作等处理客户问题,提升客户满意度。
  • 跟踪订单状态,及时通知客户物流信息,处理订单异常情况。
  • 熟练使用Office软件(如Word、Excel),准确录入和整理客户信息、订单数据及服务记录。
  • 部门经理安排的其他工作。

二、任职要求:

  • 高中及以上学历,专业不限,能够适应做一休一的轮班制工作模式。
  • 熟练掌握Office软件操作,特别是Word、Excel的使用。
  • 打字速度快,能够快速响应客户咨询。
  • 公司可以提供居家办公模式,欢迎无经验的腿部残疾人士应聘,公司将提供岗前培训。
  • 性格开朗,具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
  • 工作认真负责,有耐心,能够承受一定的工作压力。
