Ninja Van seeks a Customer Service Agent in Yogyakarta to resolve customer requests and complaints. Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, strong communication, and administration skills. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities
- Resolved customer request and complaint
- Provide professional customer support
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Customer Servicing, Administration, Ms. Office, Ms. Excel
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service, Telemarketing or equivalent.
- Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday
- Good communication and administration skills
