General:
Follow the order from order receiving to goods delivery. Cooperate with other department to solve the problems. Complete the order under the direction of supervisor.
What will you work on?
• Handle a range of program management services for customers.
• Handle and coordinate orders from item quotation to customers, sample arrangement, customer PO management (from PO receipt to shipment), shipment instruction release, customers required testing, inspection arrangements, and customer service.
• Oversee direct import or intracompany order fulfillment and respond for order related issue.
• Communicate with buyers/buying offices, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept, review KPI, maintain and expand relationship with existing customers.
• Communicate with sales managers and/or buyers/buying offices and internal departments for on time order confirmation and on time shipment deliveries.
• Act as a focal point for the customer and coordinate problem resolution with internal departments.
• Provide necessary support for Sales related activities such as during the Toy Show.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the supervisor.
• Provide/update customers import orders shipping requirements with internal departments and factories for ensuring compliance with retailers’ requirements at the minimal level.
• Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.
What are your skills and experience?
• University graduate preferred;
• 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/Buying Office or EMS/FMCG industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office operation.
• Good computer knowledge, experience in SAP R/3 system is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English Chinese/Mandarin.
• Effective presentation, communication, persuasion skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, has team-work spirit.
• Good analytical skill.
