Betfair Australia is on the lookout for Customer Service Operator to join our overnight team on a full-time basis.

What we are looking for:

  • A passionate sport and/or racing enthusiast with a strong drive for speed, competition, and positive energy.
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork and having some banter in the workplace.
  • Someone who enjoys customer service and is committed to consistently delivering exceptional support and building their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities (training provided):

  • Undertaking the registration, KYC (Identity Verification) and education of new customers.
  • Efficiently and professionally answer calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and accurately completing bet placement on their behalf.
  • Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails.
  • Assisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documented.
  • Continually updating knowledge around products and services.
  • Promoting safer gambling practices by advocating for sustainable approaches and ensuring our platform remains a positive experience for all.
