Job Description:

Exciting news! AriensCo is on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brillion, WI! If you’re passionate about helping customers and ready to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you. THE DAY TO DAY...

• Order processing for customers as it relates to the parts business:  US & Canadian Dealers, National Accounts, State & Government Agencies

• Complete external and internal order processing, RMA’s, product registration support, and dealer locator support

• Successful communication in support of the customer with the internal teams of TAC, DC staff and sourcing

• Successfully apply field promotions ensuring pricing and terms are executed correctly

• Communicate process and system issues related to order processing to leadership  

• Will have knowledge of credit card order processing and all processes related to these transactions

• Actively attend and participate in required training

• Stay current with system and product information, changes, and updates

• Identify and implement process improvements for workflows they oversee 

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• Completion of a high school diploma/general education degree (GED) required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service

• Experience answering high-volume calls preferred
