Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist will be based in Taiwan and will be responsible for providing support to users via chat and email. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, guiding them through features, and ensuring customers get the best results and ROI from AdCreative.ai. The specialist will also track and prioritize customer feedback, collaborate with product and tech teams, contribute to the help center and internal documentation, and participate in team meetings. The ideal candidate is passionate about tech, startups, and AI, loves helping people, and wants to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills and positive mindset
Self-starter, works well independently
Organized and detail-oriented
A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out

Good to have:

Experience in customer-facing roles
Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or other CRMs
An interest or background in marketing, SaaS, or design tools

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email
Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features
Help customers get the best results and ROI with AdCreative.ai
Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product
Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams
Contribute to our help center and internal documentation
Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions
