This role involves providing friendly and efficient support via chat and email, assisting users with troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through product features. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve optimal results and ROI, tracking customer feedback, and collaborating with product and tech teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a good opportunity to work with a supportive, collaborative, and fun team, the candidate will be the voice of the customer. About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Taiwan who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team, support users via chat and email, and ensure every customer gets maximum value from AdCreative.ai.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email

  • Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features

  • Help customers get the best results and ROI with AdCreative.ai

  • Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product

  • Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams

  • Contribute to our help center and internal documentation

  • Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions

What We're Looking For
