As a Sports Betting Customer Service Specialist at NOVOMATIC Technologies Poland, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding bets, game results, accounts, and other related topics. You will provide support in resolving website/app issues, assist with account management (login, password resets, account creation, identity verification, data updates), and promote special offers and responsible gaming. You will also identify technical errors, collect customer feedback, and suggest improvements. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Polish (C2). Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required.
