Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support; solve customer’s inquiry in time
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in working with customers and others
  • Research and investigate information quickly, view information from alternative perspectives and categorize information that may not easily be interpreted at a glance
  • Navigate the internet effectively and be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Conflict management skills and ability to deliver difficult messages verbally
  • Customer centric service orientation
  • Positive team member
  • Effectively respond to customer support queries and escalations
  • Able to attend Bangkok office based training, events and requests to be onsite from the business as required by the company.

Required skills and experience:

  • 2-5 years Customer Support Experience
  • Ideally experience with escalations and/or investigations in a Customer Support role
  • Ideally experience in a eCommerce, telecommunications, financial services or technology or insurances customer support call center type environment
  • Experience providing phone and email support for customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a strong process orientation including the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvements
  • Resilient, ability to work / multi-task under high stress and fast paced environment
  • Strong team player who thrives working in a team environment
  • Strong fluency in English Language and Thai Language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor degree
