Position Overview 
We are a fun, driven and successful team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will report to the Renewals Manager. The focus of this role is to renew and expand renewals for small and medium-sized businesses by using customer insights and working with teams to guide product adoption. We do this by helping our customers utilize their Autodesk Construction software and derive the maximum benefit from their Autodesk investment. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help increase customer retention and expansion, contributing to the growth of Autodesk.  

Responsibilities 

  • Guide customer renewals and expansion by leveraging insights and collaborating with account teams to maximize value from Autodesk Solutions

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling new products 

  • Understand customer usage through insightful data analysis and customer interactions to influence renewal decisions

  • Document all customer activities and opportunities in Salesforce for accurate tracking 

  • Deliver accurate weekly forecasts to ensure alignment with plans and targets

  • Develop and implement overachievement plans to meet or exceed targets 

  • Showcase the value of Autodesk products and services to address customer challenges 

  • Report on renewal and expansion rates, along with key customer metric 

  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service through quality interactions and follow-ups 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or renewals 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a consultative work style and excel in customer-facing interactions 

  • Proven experience in articulating product value and features to customers 

  • Experience using tools such Gong, Outreach, Looker and Salesforce   

  • Strong discovery skills with a track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities 

  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations
