Job Description

• Mainly responsible for technical issues, support installation, commissioning projects and coordination with RR Solutions Germany / RR Solutions Asia主要负责技术问题，支持安装、调试项目，并与RR Solutions Germany/RR Solutions Asia进行协调
• Update of all technical documentation, data, information and disseminating this information to   related customers and staff as required
• 更新所有技术文档、数据、信息，并根据需要将此信息传达给相关客户和员工
• Response and support for Policy Inquire and Goodwill Policy in Great China for RRS products负责大中华区罗罗产品方面的政策咨询及优惠政策响应与支持
• Support advanced field investigation支持深入的现场调查
• Support Local Service Desk, CCC and Failure Analysis Centre (FAC) to carry out failed engine component investigations. Involve in technical discussion & negotiation with customers and partners regarding the result of investigations协助本地服务平台、CCC中心和故障分析中心（FAC）进行发动机故障部件的调查。参与同客户和合作伙伴就调查结果进行的技术讨论和协商
• Handle technical inquiry from customers处理客户的技术咨询
• Provide proposal for continuous improvement of the technical knowledge of staff and quality result of mtu products and services提供建议，以不断提高员工的技术知识和提高mtu产品和服务的质量
• Be able to represent functional departments in customer communication meetings and make decisions能够在客户沟通会议中代表职能部门并做出决策
• Provide technical support for internal Departments, Distributors, Service Partners, and OEMs为内部各部门、分销商、服务合作伙伴和OEM提供技术支持
• Observe HS&E standards遵守HS&E标准
• Assist in filling of warranty claims. Assist Warranty Administration with claim decisions and warranty dispute negotiations协助填写保修索赔。协助保修人员做出索赔决定并进行保修争议谈判
• Handle, maintain and update FFR & FiRe and CCC in the area of responsibility处理、维护和更新所负责的FFR、FiRe和CCC系统
• Work with headquarters (Germany): escalate quality issue, arrange new product field test, etc.与德国总部合作：上报质量问题，安排新产品现场测试等
• Revise technical document e.g. commissioning reports, quality report, FAC reports, etc.修订技术文件，如调试报告、质量报告、FAC报告等
• Any other assignment from time-to-time 其他工作安排

• Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求
• Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications持有工程学学位/文凭或类似学历，或拥有同等资历
• At least 6 years relevant working experience on engines至少6年与发动机相关的工作经验
• Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares英语口语和书面表达能力良好，熟练使用办公软件
• Compressive HS&E knowledge掌握较全面的HSE知识
• Strong drive and initiative with the ability to work independently and under pressure有强烈的进取心，能够独当一面，并能在压力下工作
• Good interpersonal / leadership skills. Assertive and convincing appearance良好的人际交往能力/领导能力，自信且有说服力
• Culturally Sensitive具有文化敏感性
