Job Description

Growe seeks a Customer Support Representative fluent in Spanish (native speaker) and with intermediate English (written and spoken). Responsibilities include handling customer requests via chat and tickets, resolving issues, providing excellent customer experiences, collaborating with colleagues to improve service, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching problems, and offering solutions. Prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, and works well under pressure.
Must have:
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Handles chats and tickets
Good to have:
  • Prior customer support experience

  • Work with requests in chats and tickets, helping customers with difficulties that they faced and providing the best customer experience in Spanish;

  • Collaborate with other colleagues to improve customer service;

  • Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

We need your professional experience:
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);

  • Native speaker of Spanish;

  • Previous experience with customer support is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
