Job Description

Playrix is looking for a Customer Support Representative (German) to join their team. You will be responsible for providing technical support for the company's free-to-play mobile games on multiple platforms. You will be engaging with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and identifying, prioritizing, and swiftly resolving issues. You will also be collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing for seamless solutions. You will use your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance the company's support services.
Must have:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication skills in German (verbal and written)
  • Knack for grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users
  • Experience playing mobile games (preferred)

Come and be a part of the exciting world of mobile game support at Playrix! We specialize in licensing, promoting, and marketing mobile games developed by Playrix, one of the world's top ten highest-grossing mobile developers. We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative based in Ireland.

By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to assist and support the players of such hit game as Homescapes, enjoyed by millions of people worldwide.

Tasks

  • Being a go-to expert who provides tech support for our free-to-play mobile games’ multiple platforms (manage player tickets with the help of support engineers)
  • Engaging with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and swiftly resolving issues, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing for seamless solutions
  • Using your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written
  • A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
  • Experience playing mobile games is preferred
