Job Description

Playrix, a leading mobile game developer, seeks a Customer Support Representative (German) to join their team in Ireland. You'll provide technical support for their popular mobile games like Homescapes, engaging with a global player base and resolving technical issues. You'll collaborate with various departments, prioritize player needs, and enhance support services. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and German, along with the ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them effectively.

Must have:

Excellent communication skills in English and German (both verbal and written)
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to diverse users
Experience playing mobile games is preferred

Come and be a part of the exciting world of mobile game support at Playrix! We specialize in licensing, promoting, and marketing mobile games developed by Playrix, one of the world's top ten highest-grossing mobile developers. We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative based in Ireland.

By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to assist and support the players of such hit game as Homescapes, enjoyed by millions of people worldwide.

Tasks

Being a go-to expert who provides tech support for our free-to-play mobile games’ multiple platforms (manage player tickets with the help of support engineers)
Engaging with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance
Identifying, prioritizing, and swiftly resolving issues, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing for seamless solutions
Using your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written
A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
Experience playing mobile games is preferred
