Job Description

Rank Interactive, part of Rank Group, is seeking a Customer Verifications Administrator for our Mauritius office. In this role, you will research and publish Open-Source data to provide a comprehensive view of individual customers' backgrounds. This information supports the regular review of business relationships, focusing on Safer Gambling, Affordability, and Money Laundering risk factors.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Research and Reporting: Conduct thorough OSINT research and compile reports from third-party suppliers for the Customer Verification Team Leader, Analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure that OSINT information is published accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
  • Support and Analysis: Assist the Customer Verifications Team Leader and Analysts in areas related to safer gambling, affordability, and anti-money laundering.
  • Risk Identification: Identify customers whose OSINT information, combined with player data, may indicate problem gambling, affordability issues, or money laundering concerns.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the Customer Verifications Team Leader and Analysts on individual cases and higher-risk customers. Consult with colleagues to ensure best practices across the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with digital and retail stakeholders and the HVC team as needed for high-value or cross-channel customers.
  • Legislation Awareness: Stay updated with relevant legislation and requirements within the gambling industry.

By leveraging Open Source and third-party platforms, you will support the regular management review of business relationships, ensuring thorough and timely data publication to aid in quality risk assessments. #LI-RB1 #LI-Onsite

Qualifications

  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time in high case load environments, prioritize tasks, and deliver results promptly.
  • Communication Skills: Strong report-writing and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective data entry and comprehensive record-keeping abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with an aptitude for investigation.
  • Initiative and Ingenuity: Exhibit initiative, ingenuity, and an inquisitive nature, with a keen perception for recognizing red flags and promising lines of investigation.
  • OSINT Tools Proficiency: Good working knowledge of available OSINT tools.
