Job Description
As a Cyber Security Intelligence Instructor at Mandiant, you'll deliver internal and external cybersecurity training, focusing on areas like digital forensics and incident response. Responsibilities include training delivery, course development (including research, subject matter expertise, and content review), student coaching, and maintaining training materials (slide decks, lab exercises). You'll work collaboratively, demonstrating strong customer service and attention to detail while meeting deadlines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in learning solution design and development. Experience delivering instructor-led training in cybersecurity is preferred.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 4+ years experience in learning solution design
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Cybersecurity expertise (digital forensics, incident response)
- Ability to deliver instructor-led training
- Course development and content creation
Good to have:
- 3 years as technical trainer/consultant
- 2 years experience delivering cybersecurity ILT/VILT courses
- Fluency in Arabic
- Experience with highly technical audiences

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber-security, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions for a variety of formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e- learning, micro-learning).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to work with internal partners and customer teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a technical trainer/professional services consultant or equivalent technical position.
- 2 years of experience with delivering Instructor Led Training and Virtual Instructor Led Training LT courses in cyber security-related topics (e.g., digital forensics, intrusion detection, incident response, cyber threat intelligence) to highly technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and clearly communicate these technical concepts in live presentations.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic fluently as this is a client facing role.

As a Cyber Security Intelligence Instructor, you will be responsible for aspects of both internal and external education, specifically in cyber-security areas such as digital forensics and incident response. You will be included in training delivery, course development, and documentation support. You will work with a sense of purpose and urgency. You will also have to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate keen attention to detail resulting in the delivery of high-quality work products.

Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training to a variety of technical audiences.
- Provide support for cyber-security course development efforts, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, and training content review.
- Coach students and assess their technical capabilities, processes, and procedures as they investigate simulated attack scenarios.
- Create, update, and maintain slide decks and lab exercises for customer-facing training, assisting with updates for course descriptions, syllabus, and other collateral pertaining to external education.
- Demonstrate customer service orientation, and build effective relationships while working collaboratively within all levels of an organization.
