Job Description & Summary

We are currently seeking to expand our Advisory practice in the area of Digital Consulting. This new role calls for a motivated and skilled D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

Your Mission

• Show expertise in any or several of the following D365 functional areas: Finance / Sales / Procurement / Inventory / HR

• Deliver end-to-end D365 BC implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting

• Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables

• Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing

• Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

• An education to at least a Degree level

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC certifications

• Between 3 to 5 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm;

• Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong project management and delivery skills;

• Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments;

• Excellent presentation and communication skills;

• Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Candidates with Spanish, German or Italian would be given preference

• Strong people management skills and experience in managing a team (incl. professional and personal development of junior colleagues)

• Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs

• Have strong project management skills
