Job Description

The DACH QSC Programs & Performance Manager will support the delivery of initiatives and process improvements across the Supply Chain aligned with the BU strategy. This role involves identifying areas for improvement and driving action plans through program and project steering, tracking, and reporting. Key responsibilities include ensuring project alignment, acting as a QSC BU SPOC, leading regional projects, defining program controls, monitoring progress, managing the program budget and risks, coordinating projects, and managing stakeholders. The role is a 6-month assignment.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in SC operations
  • 8 Years experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in Strategy building and performance management
  • Program/Project Management Experience

About the role

DACH QSC is currently looking for a Programs & Performance manager for a 6-month assignment. The role will support delivery of initiatives and process improvements across Supply Chain in line with BU strategy. The role will be focused on identifying areas of improvement and drive the action plans via program and project steering, tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure DACH QSC projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization

  • Act / co-lead QSC BU SPOC for F4G, Hercules, WfE and any other relevant global programs

  • Lead Regional projects and initiatives to improve Service/ Costs/ Cash

  • Define program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the programs

  • Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs

  • Track the program budget and the savings under the F4G reporting structure

  • Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and support initiative leads to take measures to correct them when they occur

  • Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program

  • Manage and use resources across the various projects in the program

  • Manage stakeholders who are involved in the programs

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in SC operations and 8 Years experience in a similar role

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience in Strategy building and performance management

  • Program/Project Management Experience as well as good exposure to ADP/GPS/PMO

  • Willingness to travel to DACH once per month

Preferred

  • Ability to learn and incorporate new knowledge in a short period of time

  • People and change management experience

  • Strong experience in matrix work/stakeholders management at senior level

  • Great commercial understanding and financial acumen

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Great at prioritizing, comfortable with delegated responsibility and a self-starter

  • The ability to keep a holistic approach when communicating with key stakeholders

  • Strong continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong customer service mindset
