Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON seeks a Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience to contribute to the standardization of data. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a standard KPI framework, collaborating with analysis and product teams to translate business logic into data architecture, building and maintaining a scalable data mart, and establishing data governance strategies. The role requires expertise in data modeling, SQL, dashboard development (Tableau/Power BI), and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud-based data lakehouses (Databricks, Snowflake) is preferred. The analyst will play a key role in strengthening KRAFTON's data capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making.
Must have:
- 5+ years Data Analysis/Engineering experience
- Data modeling for scalability and usability
- Efficient and readable SQL skills
- Translating business logic into data structures
- Dashboard design & development (Tableau, Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Good to have:
- Cloud data lakehouse experience (Databricks, Snowflake)
- Enterprise data standardization and governance
- Internal BI portal development
- Game publishing data pipeline experience
- Self-service BI environment experience
- Game industry knowledge
- Chinese or English communication skills

- 정의와 계산 기준이 일관된 표준 KPI 프레임워크를 설계하고 구현합니다.
- 분석 및 제품 팀과 협업하여, 비즈니스 로직을 탄탄한 데이터 아키텍처로 전환합니다.
- 제품과 조직 전반에 걸쳐 신뢰할 수 있고 확장 가능한 데이터 마트를 구축하고 운영합니다.
- 표준화를 위한 데이터 거버넌스 전략을 수립 및 실행하고, 다양한 데이터 직군이 변화하는 환경에 적응할 수 있도록 가이드합니다.

- 데이터 분석 또는 데이터 엔지니어링 분야에서 5년 이상의 실무 경험
- 편의성과 확장성을 고려한 데이터 모델링 경험
- 가독성과 효율성을 고려한 SQL 작성 능력
- 기술·비기술적 이해관계자와 소통하며 비즈니스 로직을 데이터 구조로 설계한 경험
- Tableau, Power BI 등으로 대시보드를 설계 및 개발한 경험
- 컴퓨터공학, 데이터과학, 통계학, 수학 등 관련 전공의 학사 이상
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
