Data Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Junior Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics team. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members and other departments to support data analysis, interpretation, and reporting efforts. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enhancing our business operations and customer engagement strategies.

What You'll Do

· Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This foundational step is essential for subsequent analysis and reporting.

· Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform descriptive and predictive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decision-making. This includes using statistical methods to interpret data sets.

· Visualization and Reporting: Design and develop data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, utilizing tools like Power BI and Tableau.

· Collaboration and Solution Development: Work with various departments to identify data needs and develop tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.

· Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities related to Land-based Gaming, ensuring that our analytics strategies remain cutting-edge.

What We're Looking For

· Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with data pipeline and model creation /finetuning is a plus.

· Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

· Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically and develop innovative solutions.
