Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Ad Operations & Data Analytics professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide data support across cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Media Burn, etc.), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Additionally, you will work as an Ad Operations specialist for a specific offering, gaining hands-on experience in campaign management, reporting, and automation. This role will allow you to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Reporting:
- Track and monitor key metrics to assess overall health, preparing weekly, monthly, and business review reports.
- Execute operational tasks to ensure accurate account tagging and data tracking.
- Assist in forecasting revenue and media spends to improve predictability.
- Support the team in building automation tools for tracking and reporting campaign progress.
Ad Operations Support:

- Campaign Setup & Management: Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across InMobi platforms.
- Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on ad creatives, links, and placements to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Creative teams to support smooth ad operations.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of campaign processes, ad specifications, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and key ad metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Excel and willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
