Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights into player behaviour.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, game designers and programmers, to provide data for more accurate decisions
- Design and run A/B-tests to maximize KPIs.
- Track and report the product performance from release to release.
Requirements:
- 3+ year of experience as product data analyst in mobile gaming
- Practical experience with BI analytical tools
- Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
- Knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing to deliver unambiguous business impact
- We speak Ro/Ru in our day-to-day interactions but keep English as the base written documentation language
- Detail-Oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Natural tendency to be curious and creative
