Job Description

The Data Analyst will collaborate with the Demand Generation and Paid Media teams to support data-driven decisions. They will organize and transform complex datasets to create insightful dashboards and visualizations. The role involves maintaining and updating existing business reporting and BI systems, monitoring sales and marketing metrics to identify trends, and applying strong communication skills for data-driven storytelling. The analyst will also perform KPI forecasting to optimize budget and resource allocation. This role is crucial for understanding and improving Veeam's marketing strategies and performance.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing or Computer Science
1-3 years’ experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools
Strong expertise with SQL, BigQuery, and Salesforce
Deep knowledge of advertising and marketing metrics such as CLV, LTV, CAC, and ROAS
Background with attribution models and software like Marketo Measure
Detail-oriented professional with an ability to quickly learn new technologies and tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines

Good to have:

Previous experience working for B2B preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Paid Media teams to support data-driven decisions.

Organize and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to create insightful dashboards and visualizations.

Work cross-functionally to maintain, fix, and update existing business reporting and BI systems.

Monitor key sales and marketing metrics to identify trends in user behavior and working closely with stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities.

Apply strong written and communication skills for data-driven storytelling and explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.

Perform KPI forecasting to optimize budget and resource allocation across marketing campaigns and programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing or Computer Science.

1-3 years’ hands-on experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Looker Studio.

Strong expertise with SQL, BigQuery, and Salesforce.

Deep knowledge of advertising and marketing metrics such as CLV, LTV, CAC, and ROAS.

Background with attribution models and software like Marketo Measure.

Detail-oriented professional with an ability to quickly learn new technologies and tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
