Data Analyst (Entry-Level Possible, Contract)
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks a Data Analyst to contribute to group-wide data analysis and insight generation. Responsibilities include developing key performance indicators (KPIs), constructing dashboards, and processing large-scale data. The ideal candidate possesses experience in data analysis and modeling projects, handling large datasets, and utilizing SQL, Python/R for analysis and reporting. Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau and a strong problem-solving approach are essential. Experience with game data and ML algorithms is a plus. This is a contract position based in Seongnam, South Korea, with a 3-month probationary period.
Must have:
- Data analysis & modeling experience
- Large dataset processing & analysis
- SQL, Python/R proficiency
- Tableau or similar BI tool experience
- Problem-solving & analytical skills
Good to have:
- Game data understanding
- ML algorithm knowledge & experience
- ETL process & data pipeline understanding

글로벌 메가 IP를 기반으로 게임, 영화, 음악 등 엔터테인먼트 산업 전반으로 사업을 확장해 가고 있는 스마일게이트 그룹의 데이터를 경험해 보시기 바랍니다.
- 그룹 차원의 데이터 분석 및 인사이트 도출
- 지표 개발 및 대시보드 구축
자격요건
- 데이터 분석 및 모델링 프로젝트 경험 보유
- 로그 수준의 대용량 데이터 가공 및 분석 경험 보유
필요역량
- SQL을 통해 데이터 추출하고, 원하는 형태로 가공
- Python, R을 활용한 모델링, 분석 및 리포팅
- Tableau 등 BI 툴을 활용한 효과적인 시각화
- 문제해결을 위한 가설을 수립 및 검증하고 이를 논리적으로 설명할 수 있는 자세
- 자기주도적으로 문제를 발견하고 효율적이고 끈기 있게 해결하려는 자세
우대사항
- 게임 데이터에 대한 이해 및 경험
- ML알고리즘에 대한 이해 및 모델링 기반 분석 실무 경험
- ETL 프로세스 및 데이터 파이프라인에 대한 이해
